ESCALE•SANTÉ™ products are backed by a warranty from a Quebec manufacturer.
Two types of warrantees are available: the first called "firm" (or non-prorated) covers all product features: support, comfort, flexibility, elasticity features of our product; the second, called "pro rata", will prorate the product from the date of purchase.

MATTRESSES

FOUNDATIONS
Standard foundations are covered by a one-year warrantee against all manufacturing defects.
Adjustable foundations with electrical slats are covered by a 20-year warrantee on the steel frame, a 5-year warrantee on the motor and a 1-year warrantee on the lever or remote.


ACCESSORIES
Stain-resistant covers: 5-year warrantee on any stains.
